Pakistan president Asif Ali Zardari has quit the office of PPP co-chairman

President Asif Ali Zardari has quit the office of PPP co-chairman due to judgment given by Supreme court of Pakistan. Bilawal  24, Son of  Asif Ali Zardari and Benzir Bhutto  has been elected as Partron-in-Chief.

Due to the age factor Bilawal has been given ‘Partron-in-Chief’ designation.Once he will be 25 Bilawal would be appointed chairman of the PPP.

Office of co-chairman has been abolished .So Bilawal Bhutto will be the new chief of Pakistan People’s Party.

This development has been confirmed by, PPP’s newly elected Secretary General Sardar Latif Khan Khosa.

This decision has been taken in wake of Supreme Court and Lahore High Court judgment that directed president to shun shun political activities.
